Congrats on being accepted for your master’s programme!, 🎉 I so agree with you, thank you for sharing your views so openly, it’s so refreshing ❤ Nevertheless on the topic of cycle syncing especially as an active person, I found Dr. Stacy Sims’ book very logical and a lot of things finally made sense. Like you I listen to my body first and don’t follow the recommendations dogmatically but maybe it’s worth a look for you as well. Just FYI and experience sharing here, not as an advice or something.
