I enjoyed the addition of clips from what you did w last week's produce, Renee! I also very much enjjoy the challenge of using everything we have. It's not easy to adjust to cooking for only two - there are so many wonderful foods to enjoy during the summer, and so many dishes I want to make!

Great to have those sides ready to go . Veggie boxes are an excellent way to supplement your garden and I love seeing what other gardeners grow ❤. Let me know what you are going to do with all those peaches. Here in SC most of our peaches have been harvested already . And we produce a lot.

The boxes have been such a blessing! Yesterday I made peach jam, froze peaches and made a peach pie. Today I made peach juice. I am going to freeze some small packs for smoothies and snacks. And there are plenty more to process!

Hi Renee! I love fried okra, but the bigger the okra gets the tougher it is. Nice basket of veggies this week. I want to go get some fresh broccoli and put it in the freezer for winter, we love broccoli. Good job on the challenge and every bit does add up. Have a very blessed day!

I found out last night it is spinach. Just the second growth lol. I don’t think he would have time to do a note for each box. He is out in the fields working everyday all day. And he doesn’t use a computer either

It's a poblano pepper. They are used to make chili rellenos. Delicious!!!!
