I get those migraines quite often to . They mess with your sight right?! I have had these my whole life . Botox works ol with the painful migraines but the painless ones that affect your sight Botox doesn’t work for those . Just close your eyes and rest them until it subsides .

If you like the sound of the meditation bowls then I highly recommend going to a sound bath if you can find one locally. It’s basically a person playing a series of different sound bowls while you’re laying comfortably or meditating. I have an almost transcendent out of body experience when I do them. 10/10 would recommend, perfect wellness Wednesday activity 😊

Welcome back, hope you had a great Christmas and New Year, and enjoyed your break. Really enjoyed the nearly an hour of vlog 😊 I suffer with migraines myself (had one yesterday (Sunday) and they just make you feel totally rotten. I've had 3 warnings that I was gonna get one over the past couple of weeks, took my tablets and managed to keep it at bay though yesterday it came on so quickly with hardly any warning and when I looked for the tablets, realised I'd run out 😪 so had to have a lay down in a dark room and just sleep it off. Damn things are just a nightmare. Glad Deedee is all alright now. My mum's alsatian used to have a lot of phantom pregnancies and sadly the last one she had was too much for her (she was 15/16) though like Deedee, she was always producing milk, she'd even produce milk and feed the kittens when our cat had them, she was a brilliant well nurse 😊 Take care and stay safe xxxxxxxx 💜🖤🦇
