Thank you! I was stuck at 40 for a while too, I added more protein and water, I also do about 3 miles walking 3x a week and that seemed to help me get down some more. I think ill do a more detailed video

I eat a lot of salmon. You can put the frozen salmon (in a sealed bag) in cold water for 15 minutes and it’ll defrost that quickly. If it’s a thicker cut, for a little longer.

I stumbled across your channel about 2-3 months ago and I love it here. 😊 I have been doing the intermittent fast and this month makes 2 years. Although there have been times I wasn’t as consistent but I am down 61 lbs. I do walk at the park, eat healthier and do minimum exercise in the privacy of my home. I feel much better since the weight loss and 2 weeks ago my doctor took me off 3.5 of my 6 pills I was taking daily. I was type to diabetic but now I am diabetes free. 😁👏🏽🙏🏾 I been thinking about joining a gym for a couple of months. I’m 100% sure that I will join this week. I would like to work on cardio and toning. You inspire me by going to the gym. Keep up the good work. 😊

The problem I’m having is I can’t eat some days and the days that I can, I can’t eat much which is a good thing but, I’m trying to make sure that I’m eating enough and getting the nutrients that I need. I also want to thank you for being so transparent with you semaglutide journey. It definitely encourages me, and helps me to hold myself accountable. With the food noise out of the way it’s easier for me to make the right choices, versus caving in to my first impulses. I am still sodium sensitive, but I notice I’m not as sensitive as before Ozempic. I don’t hold as much fluid as I used to. The next thing I’m optimistic about is my fibroid removal surgery. As WOC there are so many things that affect us, but look at us prospering!!! Thank God 🙏🏾
