I struggled to get good at pacing. Now I am able to do it. I tell myself decades of doing everything all at once got me here. I was doing the toilet one day, the sink one day, and the floor another day at one point. I used to clean three bathrooms and the whole house before getting sick. Love that you are educating the masses who mostly do not get it. I never knew this was a thing til it came for me!

Great vlog . The dress is more of a deck chair to me, but I can see the stick of rock. Some good books are recommended this week . I have ordered the Preloved book, and it sounds just up my street. Hope everything went well with your scan .

I bought The Night Circus over a year ago and I still havent picked it up to read lol I wish I could move into a bungalow I'm having a lot of issues where I'm living. Good luck with your scan I've got blood tests tomorrow I go for so many I get fed up of going for them.
