My therapist had me start a gratitude journal and I ddnt think I wld keep up with it but Ive written in it everyday since she suggested it. It def helps me to remember how blessed I am and I feel it opens up for more. Enjoyed the vlog as always 💜

I know you mentioned Rosemary oil in a previous vlog. Can you please specify the brand and if you used anything else? I'd love to see if I can get some results as well to help with my insecurity.

Hi Shekinah, I just want to share that what I use may or may not work for you. I suggest getting a dermatologist consult if you haven’t already. But the dermatologist recommended Rogaine and rosemary oil, and I’ve had injections. It’s been a while since I had my last round of injections, but I’ll be going back soon. - Also, I’ve been giving my hair extra TLC, but keeping my edges moisturized, and not applying too much tension to them.
