@@x.Kristen.x just stick with it, get into a routine and don't give up. I slowly changed my eating habits, I stopped eating at 4 pm and I didn't drink cokes anymore. Drink water and walk . I had also had my last baby and was struggling to lose the weight.

I just celebrated 6 years sober after getting sober I gained 270 pounds I already weighed 120 before I got sober and I just got down to 140 pounds so congratulations miss ma’am you are so strong for doing that ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

My gosh when you talked about the best decorations for Halloween on that house…I wonder if the people that live there know and understand how much joy it brings so many people. I say that because we used to live in Owensboro KY and there was this house on one of the main streets that would have this creepy girl on a swing in a tree in their front yard with a spot light on her. I loved seeing it every Halloween 👻 but we were back in town this past weekend and the tree isn’t there anymore. 😢 so I guess no creepy swing girl anymore. I’ve even thought of leaving a note for some people in the town we live now that always have some cute little inflatable for EVERY season all year round. Just brings a smile to my face 🥰

You look amazing, I have noticed the difference over the months and for people to give back handed remarks....just remember, those same people sit behind a keyboard and do you really think that they would say it to you in real life. I am 20 years older than you, have been a bigger (I call it fluffy) girl most of my life...till this year. I started walking more but didn't change much of anything else.....then my PCP hit me with the....You have a hyperactive thyroid....which means you lose weight and don't put in to much effort. Keep on being the person you are....don't let those who throw the shade bother you. Congratulations girlie!!❤ low is the way to go!! I’ve lost 25 in 2 yrs and I’m fine with that. I have MS and one of my 10 meds made me gain weight fast. I’m just watching my calories and cut all bread out. I was gaining 5-7 lbs every 3 months until I packed on 50 lbs. now I’m no longer gaining weight. I clip my dogs leash into my Fanny pack and it has SAVED my wrists. My dog is still young and learning (he’s getting a lot better), but he pulls a bit. My job has damaged my wrists so this is nice to not put more strain on them. Also, my dog is one of those super fluffy adorable always puppy looking guys, but I swear he would attack anyone coming for me. He is a lover but if it came down to it he would protec and attac 😂

I do want to say for someone to say oh your meal hasn’t changed but your weight has people are so clueless people don’t get you can still eat what you want like for dinner but only have one plate don’t get another serving it’s not all about what you eat it’s how you portion it obviously you still gotta eat healthy but what’s wrong with eating brownies but not a lot just a little and you should be so proud of your self you look amazing you look happier be so proud my thing that helped me was stopping to drink pop or only drink it’s 2 times a week

Want a dog to walk with, but don't want a dog long term? Rent one... just kidding but most shelters have programs that let you take a dog out for a walk for a few hours. The ones by me all have these programs. Its a great way to exercise & help a shelter dog get a break. You can take cute pics on your walk to help them get adopted also. Oof, I was doing SO good on my hot girl walks (very much thanks to you), but this summer KILLLED me. I don't have a very convienet gym so I kind of back tracked a bit BUT to remedy that, I started doing daily yoga a few weeks ago, and now that it is only 93 degree highs, I can add walking back in.
