This vlog was really relaxing. Perfect for a Sunday. I just want to say thank you for saying "it's chronic so I'll have it for the rest of mg life." A lot of people dont understand what chronic actually means. I used to get so frustrated when I'd tell someone i have chronic health issues, lupus among many others and they say "hope you get better." It doesn't bother me as much anymore but I do try now when I tell someone that I have lupus I'll always have it. Xoxo love you girls!

​@@JennicaandAnnicait can smother people! If a person has anything like nasal congestion, allergies, asthma, or other respiratory issues they rely on breathing through their mouth. Taping it shut can kill them if they don't wake up to remove the tape. It might be okay for people without any issues but nasal congestion can happen anytime.. it's just very dangerous unless you've personally asked your own ENT then I definitely wouldn't be risking it, as a nurse myself.

Lexapro did the same thing to me just didn't really work and made me super nauseous. I switched to Effexor and I have truly never been happier. I would recommend it to try out if Wellbutrin doesn't work for ya. You just have to deal with the side effects for a week and then it gets better
