I don’t think it’s fair for all those comments that are talking about her complaining. We all complain, it’s just that we don’t see other people on yt doing it. Not only is she a mom of 3 under 5!!! She is also an entrepreneur. My mom is also an entrepreneur and the line between work and private life as Naz mentioned is soooo thin. You always have to be available etc. So yall chill out and be in her shoes. We are all overwhelmed sometimes especially with sheduling social parties etc as a mom and entrepreneur. Y’all wildin. As a 9-5er I definitely feel the stress of taking time off because there’s so much work I have to do to prepare before taking time off and then feel like they overload me with work when I get back. So sometimes it doesn’t even feel worth it to take the time. 😢 You and Yas absolutely deserve to take a week in between of podcasts with everything you have going on on top of the holidays! ❤

As a realtor and entrepreneur… work can wait girl! Yes deadlines…but give yourself grace and don’t take everything and say no. It’s been so hard to learn to say no and actually do. I know having a family can make you want to grind, but give yourself time to NOT say yes to everything. You and Mel are doing amazing and deserve to say no and take a break. We’ll be here in a couple weeks when you come back. It’s easier said than done, but you deserve a break just as much as a 9-5. I learned this by not showing up for the people around me the way I want to. Work will be there. Your supporters will be there. It’s okay to say no sometimes.

I love you Naz and I watch your videos all the time, however I definitely don’t agree with being able to switch off after a 9-5… you have to include your commute in a 9-5, and a lot of 9-5s are stressful and repetitive so a lot of people take that back home with them and never fully switch off. There’s a lot more positives to being an influencer than working a 9-5 - you can work from anywhere, work whenever you want, you both have the privilege of being home with your kids whenever you want and when they’re at school being able to do stuff such as go to the gym. A lot of parents both work 9-5s which is typically a LOT less money but more work than an influencer and when their kids are in school they don’t have the luxury of being able to go to the gym or a cafe for lunch, they have to go into the workplace and even when their kids are off for the holidays a lot of 9-5s don’t give people much time off over those periods. I don’t want to invalidate your feelings either but I definitely think a lot of influencers have this mindset of “9-5s are easier than being an influencer because you get to switch off when you get home” is so inaccurate and both just shouldn’t even compare x
