Listen to your parents on the off road parking! it's annoying trying to find a space on the street in front of your house and then losing it if you go out and having to leave your car around the corner not in view. Check planning permission on the outbuilding too.

Hi Em, another fantastic vlog and the longer the better for me!! I love it when you have your parents in the vlogs so hearing your going to be doing more with your dad just brought a massive smile to my face 🤗 he's just so down to earth and so knowledgeable! I'm a grown woman but I have the mindset that your never too old to learn something and your dad is the man to teach 😂. He's just great and your mum is the sweetest ❤️. The house, I hope they except your offer🤞🏻and hoping to hear some good news soon. You drive so it really shouldn't be a problem. You said 'whatever' regarding parking space. Trust me, my neighbours literally FIGHT for a parking space! When one goes out another jumps in, it's as if they're watching through their windows 😂 my husband calls it 'musical cars'!!!! He's got a Disabled Bay so has nothing to worry about when we go out! So having your own driveway is vital! Plus neighbours can be nasty and will cause you to park miles away from view of your car. Parents know best 😂. I understand wanting to go and see your bf for a cuddle ❤ I was the same when I was seeing my now husband. That reassure and cuddle does wonders! He sounds caring and lovely and if he's willing to give the cuddles go get them 😂 Emma, I was wondering, when you do move are you going to house share again or is this going to be just you. When you said you were going back to your parents in a previous vlog my thoughts were 'where's your flatmate (can't spell his name!) going to go 😂 if he has nowhere I'll take him in 😂😂. Don't stress too much on your spots. I had them during my teens and then into adulthood and I tried everything but nothing really worked. Every month they would appear as if to say 'we're back, hello!!' but they started going when I was around 28! Clear skin, no wrinkles and could pass for being in my 30s 😂. They're a pain I know but they won't last. Your beautiful inside and out 🥰. Well done on your new adventure regarding the gym workouts, so many will benefit from it and need more people like you showing they don't need to be embarrassed. Before those gym goers with the 'perfect' physique, they had to work on it too. They wasn't built like that so a larger person can also reach their goals. There's no stopping them once they start and you're there to show them ❤. Emma, your a true inspiration 🤗🥰 right I'm off, I don't know why I can never just write 2/3 lines 😂😂 I think I'm just extra or have too much to say 😂 when I write letters they're no shorter than 10 pages and that's just for my mum as she LOVES receiving letters! Keep them coming! ☺️ Myself and my partner bought our house in January this year, I didnt like it the 1st time I viewed it but when I viewed it for a 2nd time I fell in love with it! No house is perfect and you will have to compromise on certain things but at the end of the day, you will be the one living in it so you have to make sure that you're happy with it and that it ticks most of your boxes 😊

when my hairs so greasy and I need to do a mega slick Rick I use a boar bristle brush and it stops the gappy bits happening in my hairline, tried using a comb but this way it looks a lot fuller just wanted to say in case you’d never tried it as I’d literally only heard of it/tried it a few months ago! 🤍
