Chicken Pot Pie Recipe ( i personally prefer to just eyeball)
5 to 6 Tbps. unsalted butter
1 large onion
All-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
6 grated garlic
1 to 2 tbsp thyme
1 to 2 tbsp oregano
1. to 2 tbsp rosemary
Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper to taste
1 1/2cups heavy cream
3 oz carrots peeled, chopped
1 rotisserie chicken, skinned and shredded
1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
2 tsp hot sauce
2 sheet frozen puff pastry
1 large egg, beaten for egg wash

So my body’s been seriously misbehaving and yesterday’s laboratory results showed that my night time cortisol (stress hormone) levels are super high. Can’t figure out why but perhaps, work-related…So been trying different ways to manage and I was reading something online that recommended among other things, watching something that gives me positive vibes…and I was like ‘I wonder when Joy is going to drop a vlog’. Well, it’s like you heard me because shortly after, I got a notification that you had dropped a vid but was on the road and couldn’t wait to finish my errands and get home to finally watch you. 🙌 So happy that you’re going to be doing more food vlogs coz I really enjoy those from you….and I am not even started talking about how I’m getting an air fryer once we done with the 89 days of the month of January. 🤗

Have you tried aswaghanda tea or melatonin tea? Even a turmeric tea is good at night ( don’t use caffeine!). Does are my night time remedies!

@@08faleti74 Hey 👋. Yes, I have Ashwagandha in powder form which I add to my pre- & post-workout smoothies. I have a melatonin sublingual spray but I know it’s not good to frequently use it. I also take herbal teas at night, mostly chamomile, peppermint green tea.

it was only for afew hours country wide. But in some neighbourhoods the power fluctuation damaged some power lines etc. so it would go on and off for a few days as they fixed it. it wasn’t that bad. just made my editing difficult.

i honestly doesnt burn my scalp at all. it only happened once and that was after getting the measurements wrong. But they way i do it now. i don’t even feel itching or burning at all.

I only have one problem though...I loveee how you prep and pack your meals for the week but storing them in fridge puts the meals at a high risk of attracting bacteria...I don't know. But if it works for you that's so great 💕

Great tip! but my fridge is usually in a crazy high temp. things stay fresh for a while. and i only keep food in the fridge and not the freezer for no more than 4 to 5 days
