@@cauha12 in perfumery normally there are no men or women fragrances however commercially used men fragrances often have more « woody » notes which are notes that last longer always thats why for instance if you buy a middle eastern perfume it lasts longer. Also take in consideration if you buy designer perfumes a lot of what is marketed for women are actually Eau de Toilettes that last a lot less due to the higher alcohol content. If you want a perfume that lasts long always opt for eau de parfum/ or extrait (parfum). Also avoid fresher citrussy perfumes as they tend to last less long. also bare in mind that olfactive fatigue mostly only happens to perfumes that you wear 🥰 If you want your perfume to last make sure you add it to moistruized skin and maybe invest in a great quality fragrance rather than having a couple of perfumes. But yes I agree There are perfumes that are pricy and don’t last unfortunately 🥰

I make brocolli rice myself and it is much nicer. I literally just grate the head of brocolli. It can be warmed through in the microwave or added to a dish. It's better to cook all your food from scratch as you know exactly whats going into it 😀
