I have the same gym bag! Used it as my mommy bag when I had my son lol. And I agree with the waist trainer. I don’t wear mine either when I’m in the gym. I do wear my sweet sweat band. But I feel like waist trainers don’t strength my core, it just weakens it 🤷🏽‍♀️ but you look good! Keep pushing and lifting HEAVY in the gym and those results will come!

Yea when you put heavy products close to your scalp it will definitely clog your pores. Root to tip is definitely key. The moment I put something on my scalp I have about a day or two before it becomes irritating

Yes to the gains 💪🏼💪🏼 I’m no exercise expert by any means, but I think for the width gains on the booty it’s important to try to widen your stance on some of your reps as well & invest time in hip opening yoga before the gym. It’s made a huge difference for me 💗 happy belated Benson!!
