Hey Saniya, I'm an allergy sufferer now that I'm nearly in my 30's and a mom it has gotten so much more mild. Some people develop allergies later in life and those with allergies as you said are rarely 'sick' like we aren't contagious to others but rather our body is having negative response to one or more factors in the environment around us. Allergies can be indoor or outdoor and affected with different things. Have your parents gotten the air vents cleaned? (This also helps the furnace along with changing the filter so often) if not maybe look into it? It helps air flow! I have also noticed you live near many trees could it be you've developed an allergy to them? (Sounds crazy but certain trees give me hives all over my body just being near them). The last tip is one that may not apply to you because you seem to change your sheets and pillowcases often but our mattresses hold our old dead skin cells and if overpopulated with dust mites from having them same mattress over 2+ years sometimes that has to be changed out. Because you were sick before Miami and you seem to be waking up sick each time and your friends didn't seem to become ill. Consider your environment and feel better! ❤❤

Hey girly , it’s sounds like you have an upper respiratory infection, I have that currently and been having it for the last 6 months , it’s been a everyday thing dealing with congestion. They prescribed me with a nasal spray and some day 1-day6 pills , but lol I still can’t breath regularly and I understand what you meant by you not knowing if the nasal spray work because when you turned a certain way it cleared up. I honestly think it’s the way you turned because my nose clear up when I turn on my left side not right a way of course but yeah lol I know this a lot but just thought that I should tell you I have a similar experience. The best thing that been helping me is vapor rub , literally on my nose all day. Hopefully that’s a little help for you.
