Sometimes you just have those slow track heats and just throws off your whole timing. Would be interested to know what 1st, 2nd, 3rd, got in the finals compared to her PR hurdle times from earlier in the year. Mental Track Fortitude have to block the other racers out and just always run your race. She got this.
