Yep I second that. I was a victim of a car crash in November 2022, the person driving me fell asleep, then when they woke up they turned their wheel in such a way that the SUV flipped over three times. I only survived because I had my seatbelt on properly.

When you switch from regular deodorant to natural, you have to detox your armpits. You need to scrub them with either a sugar scrub or exofoloating glove. Then, you'll apply an Aztec clay mask mixed with Apple cider vingear for 15-20 minutes. I did this twice a week for a month, then once a week afterward. So I had twins and singleton births back to back and my skin went crazy!! So after trying to treat it outwardly I did some research and I tried Dim Estro. It balances hormones by eliminating excess estrogen out of the body. It cleared my skin after a few weeks and helped balance my hormones. I know the feeling and hopefully you get it cleared up soon!

The gnats! I have been miserable lately. Gnat traps, light traps, bleach down the drains, emptying the trash, and washing dishes immediately. I thought I had gotten rid of them and then they came back! I don't know why, but it didn't occur to me to pray about them. My basic living conditions and it just did not occur to me. Girly try the SA Cerave face wash!!! Use it a few times a week and then you can build up to using more after a couple weeks! It’s drying but helps with clogged pores so much!! From the look of your skin when you were getting your brows done it looks like your skin is oily-combination. Cleanser and moisturizer targeted for oily skin is important for you.

I perm my edges all the time! It makes laying my edges so much easier. I usually just portion out a little bit of the perm and activator for use and save the rest for later. I also write the date that I opened it on the box and store it in a cool, dry area for like 3-6 months max before I discard it. But if it smells, looks or feels weird I would throw it out regardless

Hey McKenna!! I just finished watching the whole vlog (that’s why I love the long vlogs because if needed, I can watch clips at a time throughout the week 😃). I love the idea of a prayer walk. Sometimes I walk while listening to praise and worship music and sermons. I agree that you can’t bombard people with what to do and how to do things. It’s a process because it’s easier said than done. They have to have a reason to do what they do and it have to make sense to them. That’s how I am and how I am with raising my kids. I don’t just tell them to do something or not to do something, I give them detail reasons so it makes sense and is relatable to them. (I hope that makes sense). Girl, I pray so many times a day starting from when I wake up thanking Him for waking me up and watching over me and my family while we slept to literally right before I go to bed and all times in between. It helps comfort me and builds a closer relationship to Him. “It’s a lifestyle change” I couldn’t agree more. Thank you for another great video 💕

McKenna I am super happy for you, I myself congratulated myself for taking my self-care serious, not rushing but spending that quality time with myself and unwinding. As moms its tough when we have so much that we do but it is necessary and Im super happy that your doing that. Secondly I have been on my spiritual journey as well and the level of PEACE God gives its by far the greatest. I am on the same boat with you with wondering if its my voice or Gods its such a struggle like "God is that you or just my own thoughts" but I agree I myself have prayed that God gives me discernment and allow my mind to truly know when it him when he does Reveal himself to my . Yes, a journey with Christ is a lot and I think what often turns them away is the judgement they receive when they 1st start. we are reading in Zechariah for bible study and( 4:10 says Do not despise the small beginnings for the lord rejoices to see work beginning. ) they tend to forget no one or their journey is perfect and its not going to be but he doesn't care. He just wants you to accept him and start and he will make the changes needed along the way. I think they forget that they weren't where they are now when they started it happened over time. But don't get discouraged like she said pray and talk to God take your journey one day at a time. Be blessed!!

If they ever get to the point where they feel that they’ve mastered their journey then at that point they’re calling their self perfect and if you feel you’re perfect then you what you need God for! No one is perfect ! No one will ever be and he knows that that’s what we have his grace for but at the same time we can’t abuse his grace! You also made me think of a sermon I heard were the pastor talked about how we try fixing ourself and try using everything we can’t to fix ourself and it doesn’t work and that because we aren’t going to the creator or using the Manuel he gave us to use! He created us so he is the only one that can fix us! Just like you say a car needs maintenance we take it the dealership that created it so why not go to our creator when we need fixing or use the manual he has provided us with
