On KZbin look up “the best authentic New Orleans beignets recipe” it’s by chef billy Parsi! I also used TikTok too as a guide because I kept messing up with his recipe. Beignets don’t have an exact recipe. Everyone’s is slightly different by measurements but the ingredients are mostly the same
