11:55 you said about primer making your makeup flaky it might be the case your primer and foundation and both are of different formulations like if your primer is silicone based and have a foundation of water based or vice versa the pilling and flakiness happens so try to match the types of foundation and primer

On the milk primer - check that your products are all the same base. I think the primer is water based and if your other products are silicone that may be what’s causing the flaking! Love seeing the baby toe nail coming back luv you bye ♥️
