I want to do Pilates so bad but I’m currently extremely overweight and would feel insecure. I have started stretching again for 30 min now when I go to the gym. I’m hoping it will help with increasing my flexibility again and then improve my mobility so that I can move fluidly when I do muster up the courage!

Love the video. The last time I got my eyebrows waxed professionally was almost 10 years ago and the girl skinned me and I had a scar like yours and they still made me pay. No apologies. Love the lashes. I'm always tempted to get lashes. The soup looked amazing. Perfect for a cool evening dinner. Building up to the 2 hour walks is soo great. I do them with the baby in thr stroller once in a while and I feel like a tired million bucks after.
