Hi Rachel, Thank you for another amazing video. I think you are a very smart woman and taking on some really hard subjects. It's interesting with the Pilates class because you will know the names of the exact areas where you are aching, strengthening and relaxing. Where I live on the shelf in the grocery store, there are usually only two bokchoy. To see piles of it, Vancouver is looking like another Heavenly kingdom. You also seemed Happy, which is nice to see. It is nice being with your Dad, home comfort from the stress of school and just life, besides talking is the best and most rewarding medicine. Hi Rachel, I heard about the snowstorm you had and are having. I hope you and your Dad take it easy if you have to go out. Vancouver and B.C. is known for being a warmer place to live and this is not common for you. Take care walking, driving and being outside.
