hi, the easy way to learn spanish, is the way i did , and that is, to watch spanish movies with english subtitles, the more you watch the more you gonna learn. Iv watched when i had 10 years old and since then i never forgot it. On that time and even now, are still mexican and argentian soap operas in Romania and this is how romanians learn spanish and italian. So, you should watch movies that you like, are many on netflix...with english subtitles.

Hi Alexandra, I discovered your blog yesterday and I've been watching your KZbin videos non-stop. Firstly, let me say I absolutely love the contents. All your recipes seem to come together in next to no time, and look super appetising. I can't wait to try some of them. I do have two a few observations, of which I would appreciate your comments. You don't use any oils in your recipes can you please explain. Secondly, you consume bread and so many Bananas and you keep in shape. What is the secret? Because I've been trying the WFPB approach over the last year and I've put on 7kilos. Please, where am I going wrong? Keep up the good work. Wishing you continued success. Regards, Michael

Hi! If you’re doing it for 1 then the dinner recipes are doubled so that you get leftovers the day after. You don’t have to change anything 😊
