The yellow fruit is Quince we call it Marmelo in Portugal. We use it to make marmelada which is were the name marmelade comes from.

I'm from Spain, there are some beautiful places here :) btw that yellow thing you bought is called "membrillo" is a fruit which we use to make something called "dulce de membrillo" wich is kind of a jellyfied marmalade. Also being Vegan here is pretty cheap, chickpeas, lentils, beans... Are pretty common here. Also yo should try something called "Heura" is a Spanish Vegan "meat" brand and is super good

That yellow fruit is quince , it's tasty something like an apple,but it's not that soft as apple is. It has very lovely smell,my grandma used to put it on the closet to feel it's smell,now they're not that smelling as they used to be. I like it in a smoothy , rarely like an apple Regards from Montenegro ,sea side 💕

The quince should be cooked. You can peel it, poach it with some sugar and water. The fruit should go pink when cooked

Really! It’s not closed but they do have more restrictions now when it’s Easter. You can drive through in transit or you can fly into Malaga airport with a negative PCR test 😊

Hi! You need to look at what each country requires, for us France required a negative PCR test to cross the border, no other country in our way required anything else since we were going by car :)
