Those feed-in braids looked nice! I'm actually going the other way and using shampoo even less! I'm not as heavy handed with products these days, so I don't want to be overcleansing, esp. on my highlights.

Nice hair style. Many of us learned our lesson the hard way regarding the AG balance shampoo. I only use it every couple of months. I really want to try the Adwoa products, but I'm using my stash😪.

Thanks! Yes, I have heard about people using ag too often. I’ve only used it once so far! I had a lot of adwoa that I gave to my brother- I kinda regret that now lol I will purchase again, but just going to get through my stash first!

Washing my hair takes about an hour. Practicing braiding my own hair at home has beneficial to me because its a skill that i can do pretty decently now(started in 2019). Think about the time it takes for someone to get ready, drive to get their hair done, wait for the stylist to get to you, get hair braided and drive back home...That's a lot of time too. Its all relative. At least I am at my own house and I can take as many breaks as I want. You make time for what you think is important. I want my hair to look nice. I'm sure some of the ways you spend your time may be "too much time for me"...its all relative 🤷🏽‍♀ Thanks for watching.
