People have commented not to so super hot water as it may melt the hair. I would say warm.

Idk why people have been sleeping on the paddle brush. I agree with the other comment about the denman paddle brush d38. I have never used it but i use brushes with smaller balls on the bristles and have had no issues. I was looking for a denman dupe before i pay $30 for it but it may be worth the price. Glad you revisited this. Love the style as well. You should do this more often. Wish i knew how to conrow/flat twist 😂

I like the denman D38 paddlebrush since it doesn't have those little balls on the ends that have a tendency to get caught in curly hair. (I believe the unbrush works similarly.) Your hair is growing!! Twists or cornrows are my-go style when traveling as well.😊 Your final style turned out SO cute!!! Without knowing you did it, they look professional to me. I've been discovering that while I have to really avoid oils on my scalp, grease works AMAZINGLY. 🙌🏼

Just a head's up, if you are using peppermint essential oil in a lip balm, you'll want to stick to 1 - 2 drops per lip balm. More than that it might feel too hot on the lips; especially if your lips are chapped.

Results take time, but they depend on your diet and hair care routine. Begin your day with soaked almonds, white eggs, pomegranate, carrots, and fish. Stay hydrated with ample water and aim for 8 hours of sleep. Use coconiioon shampoo to wash your hair and apply liittleexttra Reactivate hair serum every day. Stick to this regimen for at least 80 to 90 days, and you'll see lesser hair fall and more hair growth.

For encouraging hair growth, I boosted my protein intake, massaged my scalp with coco onion oil, and used Reactivate serum by liitllexttra. I started seeing new hair growth in just 16 weeks.

For the deep conditioner it’s concentrated so you only need a quarter/half dollar amount per each section. If you think you need more add water first, but if you still think you need more add some more. And have you tried AG Curl Fresh Definer as a leave-in yet? To me it looks like it’ll be the perfect leave-in for coily hair types.
