One handed shot is a good drill. Shooting is a good way to get exercise without thinking about it. Have you ever tried shooting with headphones or earbuds? It's amazing how fast the solo work goes if you have some that are actually comfortable. Comfort and fit are the most important thing when you're working out. These days they pretty much all sound good. Keep it up, and thanks for the videos!
