at the scooby doo segment: i recently learned from a video where a dude overanalyzed whether the scooby gang could defeat light from death note that apparently over years of scooby/dc crossovers in comics and cartoons it's apparently loose canon that batman and talia al ghul both consider velma to be the second best detective in the world and batman directly offered her the position of robin.

Despite never being officially named, the Robin from the Teen Titans animated series is Dick Grayson. While his appearance is based a bit off of Tim, the Robin in the show has a brief flashback to where we see his parents die in the circus, he becomes Nightwing in a future episode, at one point they draw his hair as a callback to Robin's first 1940 appearance, and there's a 5th dimensional version of Robin that appears with the name Nosyarg Kcid which is Dick Grayson backwards.

Soo happy if the Titans rumour is true. The worst decision gunn could make, is skipping over all the robins, to start with Damian wayne. Not sure if 6 is too much, but i'd add wonder girl to the CN teen titans lineup. That'd be the best possible lineup to start with. It'd be cool if there's a laddering of ages, with cyborg being the oldest and Raven/BB being the youngest, to give the dynamic a mixture of friend and familly elements. The most important thing about the Titans, are that like the x-men a good chunk of the screen time, should be dedicated to slice of life and interpersonal moments/growth and not just plot.

It stands fine on its own, and doesn't feel desperately incomplete. Dangling threads, sure, but that's just storytelling sometimes. Let sleeping dogs lie, or whatever. Let lightsaber-chopped hands smolder where they are.

Re Ninja Turtle movie: the script and film will go to great pains to keep the survivor turtle’s identity a secret until the denouement, but the trailer will include a clear detail that makes it obvious.

I also really hope they do The Last Ronin as a legacy sequel to the original 90's movie. I want to see those suits again! When I was 5, I got to visit the Ninja Turtles set and unsurprisingly had the time of my little life! (It still may be the coolest thing I've ever done and I'm 40 now.) I got to meet all the guys who wore the turtle suits, hang out with the Foot Clan while wearing one of their masks and doing a staged karate kick to his head, and got kissed on the cheek by Judith Hoag (April O'Neil). I got all their signatures on a comic book and a poster that I did not take care of and are both now beat to hell yet are still framed and hanging on my wall. Everybody on that set was amazing and really went out of their way to make sure I had a magical time. Anyway. I peaked before I got to kindergarten and I just thought you all should know that. Bring back the suits!

In reference to the Christopher Nolan 'helicopter cops' stuff - I have no idea about this individual story, but when you brought it up it sounds a LOT like how these MEGA BUDGET movies - when they start pre production - they will often use dummy or fake names for a lot of things. And enter in bogus plots for casting. So you can give potential actors an idea of the dynamic without giving any real plot details away, when even just casting for a movie. It could be a situation like that, or not, who knows?
