Filling in a few details. the young neighbor, football player taylor wants was actor Lucas Till who moved onto do XMen movies and a reboot of MacGyver on tv. taylor met him because they were both in the Hannah Montana movie. ((with his looks I think he grew up to be aaron eckhart who played harvey dent in the heath ledger joker Batman movie, the dark knight. just an opinion.)) there is another angle to the whole taylor glasses thing. as you guys note she is very pretty even with her owl like frames, but is not confident or sure of herself around him. only by taking off the glasses and risking going to the big dance will she ever break out of her shell and attain him and womanly confidence. so her transformation is complete. Interesting how this little video is packed with story angles. and it was the video that won taylor the vma award when good old kanye interrupted her and the rest is history. yes agreed with you all, she was and is a good actress in her videos, perhaps one day she will find the right role in a comedy or drama. would be curious about her taking this on.....

Seriously though, it is a silly trope that is eye rolling at this point. She dumped him for the QB mid game! LOL! He was on the sideline already because Andy had to stay on for the XP.
