i know! I have another recipe made the more traditional way with lentils and it is so yummy but does take like 2 times longer to make haha this one is much easier!

@@PlantifullyBased I did make some homemade vegan mozzarella fresco last night and I’ll tell you, it is a game changer for vegan cheese. So easy, from The Gentle Chef, Non-Dairy Evolution. So creamy and tastes how I remember mozzarella tasting. Just a suggestion.

Yes you can just peel and boil like regular mashed potatoes! I just did the microwave for an easier and quicker way to get it done. Enjoy!
