I think this sounds like Tears for Fears. Just because Rivers Cuomo is singing doesn't make it sound like Weezer. This is a faithful recreation of the song and it was done really well but it wasn't "Weezer-ified" other than the fact that the band is playing the song.

They actually knocked Drake off the number one Billboards Album spot in 2016 after he spent a record 16 weeks there! The first time a Rock act has done that since 2008! Not sure if Green Day should be included because they sermed to have slowed way down since "American Idiot" back in what..2005 or '06? Coldplay almost make it had they released their debut - "PARACHUTES" a year earlier in 1999.
