Only skills going forward is having in person communication skills, having ideas, having a vision, and also being able to introspect. Internet will be dead, due to lack of trust (impossible authentication problem) People will turn to small in person communities. Everyone will be their own creator, producer, conductor.

Big fan of the podcast but disappointed at the Title gents. "2:04 40% of leading Global employers anticipating reducing their Workforce" is NOT the same as "40% of jobs at risk". This is irresponsible as you'll likely be incorrectly quoted and repeated by others.

This is a two-sided coin, both sides reflecting high levels of naivety. On one side, we have the general populace, and on the other, businesses and industries. The general populace is largely in the dark about the fact that an AI jobs revolution is right on their heels, they have no idea what’s coming. Because of their naivety, no one is pressuring Congress to implement laws that could protect their jobs. And as for Congress? Let’s not even discuss how far their heads are buried in the sand. Then there’s the naivety of businesses and industries. Their issue is that very few people are out there actively consulting with them. Representatives from AI companies, who should be teaching them which forms of AI are most suitable for their businesses and how these technologies will impact their bottom lines, are largely absent. For the general populace, this ignorance is a blessing in disguise, as it temporarily fends off widespread job losses. So, what’s the cause of all this naivety? Quite simply, the incredible rate of AI advancement has left no time for businesses or industries to fully understand its benefits, or even to realize it’s available. Which leads us to the big question: What happens when businesses and industries finally catch up? It’s going to be a free-for-all. Businesses will realize that every competitor will want to jump on the bandwagon to save enormous amounts of money on labor. At the same time, they’ll know that if all businesses adopt AI en masse, the resulting job losses will crush the economy. Does that mean they’ll hesitate? Hell no. They’ll race to be first before Congress wakes up and steps in to regulate the process. But in doing so, the very outcome they feared, massive job losses and economic collapse, will become inevitable. The left hand won’t know what the right hand is doing. Businesses will charge ahead, each convinced they’ll benefit while others are reined in, but no one will stop to consider the collective consequences until it’s too late. I cover all of this in my book, along with a comprehensive A-to-Z plan for how to safely roll out AI in mass deployment. The added benefits? This plan outlines a framework that will end Social Security and most if not all, other safety net programs, not to mention, provide Stipends for every person in the U.S. (here legally) ages 18 and over. And it calls for NO NEW TAXES!!! Available on bookshelves this March: THE NEW SOCIAL CONTRACT: AI & THE FUTURE OF WORK Open for interviews :)
