Hero doesnt really matter as long as its playable in meta and you are confident on it. that being Said if youre in the 3-5k Range, for the sake of your mental Health, pick something meta, just so the trench-tryhards will shut up.

if ur in the 3k to 5k range if enemy pos 4 picks melee, pick undying if they pick range, go rubick if you see ur carry can die to their heroes easily in lane (strong laners, visage + es, marci + mars, mars + hoodwink, cm + blood) pick heroes like clock, nyx and pull the wave, doesnt matter if u die, u r tanky and if their enemy offlaner goes on u its a plus since u can just nyx stun/e or clock cogs and waste their time until the wave gets under your tower for your carry.

It's good if you Leap>Blink away>Leap>Force staff away>Leap>Refresher>Blink away>Leap Easy 680 damage. You just need to learn to play.
