Great chat Mandy and you are absolutely right, it is almost self sabotage. I used to do it all the time, very difficult to stop as we like to reward ourselves with food. Can you try and reward yourself with something else? You are doing amazingly ❤ xx

Awesome Mandy! You are looking really much better, positive and got your mojo back!!! Good news about Jed and fingers crossed it continues. As to the snacking and duck it friday.... I think we've all been there. I admit that I do have a treat on a monday but I normally have a couple of biscuits with a coffee, which I love. Biscuits are my downfall. But I have 2 a week now lol. Luckily for me I don't have a sweet tooth. Anyway keep up the good work and bin the crap! ha ha ha xxx

Great job on your loss this week, girl! I weigh daily so there is no cheat day. I do the weekly weigh-in bc it's what everyone does, but it has become a trigger for me to binge eat the night bf I weigh-in in. No mire weekly weigh-ins for me! NG! Hi well done on your weight loss , I have to say I always had a duck Saturday 😂 . But what I do now is I have a sandwich from Morrisons and a latte from Costa Coffee for my treat so I don’t go off plan, I know that sounds very boring . But it works for me . Lots of ❤ from me and Boris ❤️🐶❤️

Hi Well Done on a loss. If u focus on protein it helps with cravings a good amount is 25-30g per meal. Low fat & diet foods are usually full of fake sugars & cause cravings. If u have slim friends watch how they eat. I worked with a woman doing sw once & she ate non stop from 9-4 eating low syn jellys muller lights iced gems a ton of low cal sugar treats fruits cold couscous rice & pasta mugshots etc were her lunches were always so unappetising 🤢🤮😱 & she was always 1st to dive into the 🥐🍪 &🍫 on Friday 😆🤣😂 The rustle of the Tesco plastic bag still haunts me now 2yrs later - i love food but her constant eating got on my friggin nerves. She never lost any weight either. Mr Gen Z who was lovely man & very slim would get 2 meals from the canteen some days as he couldn't decide & the staff were feeders - he ate a decent breakfast big lunches & small eve meals. He would enjoy the freebie treats but never bought any on a daily basis. I learned a lot from him by just chatting & eat a similar way but i like to have 2 meals most days. I watch a few healthy eating accounts where no counting or tracking involved & love a lot of the food they make choose to eat. I do think diet foods make u fat because they do not fill u up & a lot of them are empty cals with no filling power which makes u crave foods & prob the reason why so many put the weight back on. Dr Moseley RIP🙏🏽Fast 800 is a really useful book to read & there are cals for meals suggested. Best £8 ive ever spent i really recommend it. I’m hoping to branch out and be less scared of going back to full fat foods especially the yoghurt and cheese etc as you say the fat free stuff it’s great on calories but not always filling. @LighterMandy You are right about full fat i forget that i started back in 2022. It is weird eating fat to lose fat but it does stop the snacks between meals as its more satisfying. I have 2 large meals most days. If i have an early start i schedule in cereals in between. I enjoy belly pork & crackling & it still feels so wrong but i am sure i only think this way mainly due to SW & i only truly followed the plan for about 6 months in 2016 but that toxic nonsense stuck. I was so shocked when an old friend i reaquainted with around the time asked for the fatty meat when at a carvery. She is slim & always checks the desserts 1st when we eat out. Now i get it as when shes at home she eats same thing most days loves her veg & doesn't go down the crap supermarket isle - where the sugary shit is which is my fave part but less tempted to buy the junk these days 😭😨😰 I really think overweight people have been told the wrong thing over the years & there is new research now. I feel so sorry for the younsters as there is so much sugar & crap to deal with that i didn't have around. Im just eating how i did when i was young pre process food. I follow Lady Mawa too although she takes the jab she shows what she eats around 1500 cals is similar to my kinda food. Its so refreshing to see someone similar age & weight issues to me vlog as u have to be brave on this platform i can't thank you enough for sharing. Please remember even when u maintain or small gains it means u are eating within ur cals for ur current weight which is still a good thing. Ur doing so well after losing a large amount of weight eating the food u choose & enjoy🤗👏🏽🙌🏾
