@@sarahhughes4023 ❤❤hi. I walked 5 miles a day, did light yoga and exercises. My diet was vegan 🥑 avocado n hummus for breakfast. Smoothie w chocolate almond milk. Cocoa powder spinach apple ginger celery blueberries cherries carrot ice for lunch. Veggie ramen for dinner or a giant sweet potato. hummus snack. Bedtime dark chocolate dairy free gelato 🍧 in a friggen tiny bowl w cinnamon. Drinks warm lemon water with apple cider vinegar. Water. Decaf coffee w mushroom 🍄 broth powder.
Did I miss the recipe for the apple oat breakfast? or was there one?

If it works for some people then fair enough but that breakfast is 500 cals plus. I tend to eat more in the evenings so there's absolutely no way I could eat this amount regularly at breakfast time. Also I never deduct the calories burned due to exercise. If you're genuinely hungry then yes eat but we vastly over estimate the calories burned exercising. I'd say think of exercising as purely for mental health benefits rather than burning calories

Hi Arielle, I’ve beeen on a weight loss journey since January 1st 2024, and I have lost 32lb-I can honestly say that all the benefits you mentioned of losing the weight are so true and are such an incentive to maintain the loss. I still have the same amount to lose again as I had let myself go during the Pandemic but I’ve made a start in earnest and I have not a single regret. Best of luck in your endeavours x

I think you are doing well. This is just a tip not criticism. I would look into the ratio of protein/fat/carb and make sure you eat enough protein. When you are on a calorie deficit it tends to make you lose muscles and more protein can help you maintain or build muscles.

This is awesome results! I noticed a difference in your posture in the first few weeks. I have never been an active person so it's a constant struggle to find something to get me moving. I got a walking pad but even with increasing the speed my gait feels so awkward! Idk if it's just my back/balance issues or the width of the pad but I am going to try again this week.

Yes I can absolutely imagine how hard it would be to integrate a lot of physical activity if it’s not something you’re really used to - but for the walking pad, don’t stress if it feels a little weird at the start ! It honestly took me about 1 week to stop getting motion sickness 😂 and then about 4 weeks of consistent walking to feel comfortable walking without need to rest my arm somewhere for support. Take it slow and you’ll get better for sure ! ☺️

Oooo it’s so easy ! Toss them in a bit of salt pepper and olive oil and cook for 30mn at 350 (flip halfway through) and then at the 25mn mark sprinkle a bit of Parmesan cheese ! ☺️

Nice video! Do you already have an exit strategy ready for when you get to your goal? 1200 kcal intake a day is very low and my worry would be that your body is going to adapt to those fewer calories. Meaning that your maintenance intake may also be significantly lower than you might think. Are you planning on reverse dieting or anything like that?

I definitely eat more like 2000 I would say ! Because I’m so active I eat more to compensate for the calories burned. But generally speaking, I don’t eat foods that are super high in calories so I eat a lot of food, just foods lower in calories (a full plate of chopped veggies and tzatziki for example is extremely filling and high in fibre and protein but low calorie)
