Well done Tracy, one of my favourite is Pinch of Nom Enchilado lasagne. Its really nice and if you use the ww wraps does 4 good servings and only have to count wraps as your hexb. xx

Don’t apologise I think life seems rushed for most people theses days I don’t know how you fit it all in, you need to take time for yourself too, and remember one bad day doesn’t mean it’s a bad week it’s only a bad week if you let it be you are doing so well tracey and you could definitely do it by your holidays xxxx I’m layed up after going to wales and then the morning after I’m back I put my back out I think bowling in wales aggrevated it xxx

Nice chatty video Tracey. Funnily enough when I've been ill and start to feel better I crave chips as well. I'm not following slimming world but I am trying to lose weight and exercising to try and tone up but the last few days I have been eating chocolate again and missing exercising. I haven't been vlogging for the last few weeks and the reason being I was feeling overwhelmed like you, I have too much going on in my life so I am having a break from KZbin until I feel less overwhelmed and I have the time to vlog, edit and upload my videos again. x

Hi well done on your weight loss this week I know the body is some time strange sometimes when I have had a very bad week I have lost weight and I do not know who that happens. I made baked bean Beef hotpot bake yesterday and it was so yummy. Also my mum always geve me lucozade when I was not well when I was young to i think it is a mum s thing . Glad your ok a ib a week you will make it that’s 4months a stone and 2 ib in that time we are allowed to have a wee moan it s hard a Christmas time so much temptation in the shop and when you are not well everthing goes out the window as you don’t know what you want to eat we have all been there I am on wraps with salad at the minute hope you keep well 🐝🐝🐝

Keema curry, instead of beef/lamb, I use turkey mince, it taste absolutely lovely, and a lot cheaper I add frozen mix vegetables, obviously salad,white basmati rice , I add a 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, fat free yogurt on the side, or add to yogurt drained tin chick pea, diced cooked boiled potatoes chopped finely onions cucumber tomatoes, chaat masala (any Asian food) shop) the yogurt dish is lovely just as a snack syn free

I'm having a feel crap day today. Had boiled egg on toast for brek , was having jacket & tuna for lunch but felt too blah to make it. Managed to make egg fried rice , which was easy and tasty. I have fibromyalgia, when I'm on burn out I crave sugar and carbs, it's your body trying to get quick energy. Love pesto pasta , can you show me how to make it please . My meals are always quick and easy, made lasagne with jar sauces ❤

Hope you are feeling better now chick! The pesto pasta I'd just a little jar of the reduced fat pesto from tesco or asda, you only need 1-2 tbspns and it's a quick low syn yummy lunch or dinner. Xx

Well done Tracey, fantastic result, I joined SW online, I just can't get into it.I lost 5 stone last year CC, I've regained 4 stone, I didn't like CC much I felt restricted. Any ideas to get me on track please 😢

Just stock up on free foods and snack on them when you are peckish don't worry too much about it, you will get into the swing of things it takes some getting used to. Join the SW Facebook groups...theres loads and they're always really handy. Of you have something of plan don't stress about it just draw a line underneath it and try stay on track the rest of the time. People always think cause they've fell off the wagon they have failed entirely so give up but I have learned you can always just carry on and still get losses even on bad weeks!!!

I made mini meatballs for tea tonight 5 percent cooked a wee bit of onion then put it through the mince with sp and some spices added a. TPS mayonnaise into it some bread crumbs a dash of tomatoe purée mixed it up shaped them into meat ball put on a plate for a wee while till they firmed up put some onion into a fry pan with a bit of garlic added fresh tomatoes tin of tomatoes and a stock cube added some water to it not a lot cooked it down the put some herbs into the pan Then put them both together add some chesse of your choice and as I have some meat balls left I will put them on a wrap for dinner tomorrow two meals for one hope this gives you some idea irene it does not take long to make and it in nearly free and tasty irene 🐝🐝🐝
