in february i ve been diagnosed with marrow bone cancer. in 2 months i ve lost 23kg. after i started to it i gained some kg back. i also have a very, very strict diet and one of the funniest things is that the scale from hopspital tells me i have 65kg but my scale from home tells me i have 60kg. im also taking a lot of medication which turned my metabolism upside down. chemetherapy melted my feet muscles and now im walking harder than i ever did. also my family puts a lot of pressure for the weight. thank you for sharing your experience

I also gained alot of weight.i was so depressed bcz of my body. Thank u for trying to makr people think positive. I ll also start green tea now... Blessings and prayers for all the one who are suffering

It's really hard to find the right start, since your body learned ''eating'' differently during therapy 😮‍💨 but with time comes the results. Everyone affected by this, must somehow keep going. 🥺 Thank you for your message🍀🙏🏼

I had and still take melatonin to sleep. But when i started chemo i had to take sleeping meds. Was getting very exhausted from not sleeping

If i dont eat when im hungry i Will get very sick. So i eat like a pregnant woman. But when i m not hungry i intermittent fast.

I have 1 more chemo...next mon. I have st. 3c endometrial cancer. I will be getting radiation and immunitherapy. I have had a weight problem all my life. I have lost 70 lbs. the past 15 yrs. I have 30 more lbs to lose. I am struggling craving sweets. I don't want to gain. Thank you for this video. I also am so tired. I am almost 83.

I gained 40 pounds during chemo. Breast cancer. Didn't really get sick, nauseous maybe three times, that's it!

I am done with chemo and breast cancer surgery . Im on my second week of radiotherapy. I have lost weight since then. But i am dreading starting on tamoxifen. I have also started taking ozempic. Before cancer treatment i was 69 kilos. After treatment i was 85 kilos. Now i am down to 76 kilos. I also do fasting for spiritual purposes. I recently went on Daniel fast (21 days) and 3 days water fast. I have started training again ( Burpeegirl on youtube) and go on walks. I have to get to under 72 kilos for my tummytuck.

God bless you. I start radiation next week, How are you feeling? As mentioned I gained 40 pounds during chemo, and some days I feel like walking and some days I don't. They want me to get on tamoxifen, but I'm not taking it, read the side effects.

@@AngeLola1003 im ok. I started tamoxifen on 20 mg but got debilitating headache and bone pain. I reduced to 5 mg and im doing much better.
