Protein ki intake zyda rkhyn Normal pani peeyn thanda nai. Or chicken egg wegra use kryn. Alag khana agr ap bna rhy toh good agr possible ni toh ap jo hae osy hi itna khayn k weight maintain rhy. Baki exercise zrur kryn ya walk 20 mins!
