It’s so good trust me (I’m not referring to the taste oo🤣🤣🤣) That day ehhh, I just knew I won’t be able to do much. I started way too hard I think. Nice moimoi , Let me make you laugh , if i want to lose weight , i simply buy bunch of plantain and create of egg /eggs .The plantain will be roasted in oven 3 pcs to 4pcs something 2 , i fried egg with it and have that with drink towards noon and by evening i will do the same thing but may not fry egg rather use palm oil with roasted plantain for dinner ,repeating that routine for two weeks , i will lose weight .

You should have eaten the pepper soup with small semo or garri, you can still eat normal food but small portions, but don't eat food with high calories like fries and burger, maybe once in a while

Hi, when trying to lose weight you don't have to eat only salad, you can still eat small portions of normal food like rice and beef with salad, but reduce the quantity, if you eat only salad you may not have enough energy to exercise, you need the carbs for energy. Also taking smoothy and fruits like avocado will go a long way
