Would be great to track correlation with some decent bio impedance weight scales. I would expect that it’s still possible to use them solely for tracking progress/difference

Sergii, it's an interesting point and I haven't seen any solid research on this. I did my fat percentage comparison across dexa, bia, skinfold calipers and others (we have a separate video on that), but it was just one data point.
