Excercise is good to help your cells travel upward to provide you oxygen and energy. You can do 30 minutes walks jogging yoga cardio strength training. Just something to help your body work for you. You dont need to workout to lose weigh but its great for your health and mental health

Can i drink herbalife choco shake while on keto...and i'm doing 18/6 fasting...my Breakfast is 10am 1sachet herbalife choco shake..and my lunch is 11:30am low carb food and my dinner is 4pm 1sachet of herbal choco shake..thats my meal everyday...

Simply Shiela hey ! Our products are actually keto friendly ! & if you are doing fasting you just want to make sure you have 2 snacks and your 3 main meals as it’s important to eat every 2-4 hours and you get a full rest.
