Yessss we're back! Ik wilde even pinpointen hoe erg je straalt in deze video, echt heel mooi om te zien!! Regarding your question about what journey I'm on.. I'm currently on a journey of exploring commitment and boundaries in relationships. I've always struggled with being both empathic to the feelings of those around me, and at the same time respecting my own. It's so important I think to manage this. But it's not always so easy. Thanks anyway, again, for sharing your journey, and your commitment towards becoming the best version of yourself. It is, again, such an inspiration. Proud of you. ❤ TABEEE

Hell yeah! I love going to the gym so I’m super happy that you finally did that step :3 so proud 🎉 And the food industry scares me a lot… it’s crazy how many chemicals they put on food! Can’t wait for the next vid ✨

Hello Laila! Nice to watch your videos as always. I would be really interested in knowing why you changed your approach from the first 4-5 weeks and how it has been in terms of being able to adhere the old vs the new ones. Is this one-step-at-a-time inclusion of habits easier for you? Thank you and keep going, you're such an inspiration

Hi Raquel! Thank you for the kind words ✨I hope things are going well with eating healthier and exercising! I changed the approach, because I was overwhelming myself very quickly doing the strategies with the 4 categories. It was very easy for me to want to do too much thinking I could easily handle it. Since I got stuck for all those weeks barely progressing, I felt I needed to change my approach from week 11 onwards, which resulted in the plan I have now. I think the new plan is easier to adhere. (at least so far) I do find it quite challenging to do the one step at the time thing, because I always want to do too much setting the bar far too high and not going anywhere. I know it is very powerful to do things in small steps and in the long-term will have a huge payoff!
