This is truly motivating. When I look at motivation videos of extremely fit women, it doesn't have an effect because they were skinny before that and just built muscle. But seeing this video, I see myself in you when I was losing 40 pounds (180 to 140). Now my goal is 110 and it's the hardest ever; hit a plateau. Back then shortening portions, doing Pilates and HIIT workouts were enough, but now I really have to make some big lifestyle changes to shed off those last 30 pounds. Good luck to you and I.

celestial I get your point,, but theyre skinny fat.. They have very little muscle and more fat and the first day is always hard. And maintaining that lifestyle seems hard at first but youll like the adrenaline youd get when exercising. I hope you'd have emulated the person on the video by now, shes truly a great inspiration! If you are 15 years old it so very easy for you to burn your fat. You can try my advise : 1. Breakfast : Banana smoothie (without sugar/milk) 2. Lunch : High Protein food 3. Afternoon meal : Banana Smoothie + High Protein Food (6 pm is the last time you eat every day) 4. Dinner : NO DINNER !!!!!!!!! Why no dinner ??? If you eat something after 6 pm then without activity it's mean you will accumulate fat and precisely in the stomach and your thighs. Note : Please drink 300 ml fresh water 10 minutes before you eat your lunch to make sure you will not eat too much and you will be easier to defecate every day.

andra malmsteen um, having a balanced meal is necessary, not just protein and low carb and low sugar foods. As a swimmer, I know the importance of diet. With a 2 hour workout in the pool and an hour of high intensity weights, eating protein is important to eat, along with carbs and sugar because they’ll give you energy throughout the day. Just make sure you are eating a healthy amount and don’t go overboard. Also, don’t shrink your portion size to something like an apple for breakfast, a half a sandwich for lunch ect, because you won’t have energy to workout or do anything. If you want to keep a journal about food, I would recommend it but don’t put down any calorie amounts, otherwise you might develop an eating disorder. I’m a survivor of anorexia and trust me, you don’t want to go down that path. Just make sure you are eating healthy, working out, and taking care of your body and mind. If you have any questions, talking to your pediatrician or everyday doctor about weight loss is a good idea.

Luna Safire I’m a swimmer too, but everyone needs to understand the fact that you need proper diet, not just weight loss high intensity workouts. If you lose fat, then you’ll lose muscle too, unless you workout with weights.

I'm so inspired 😍. I'm on day 7 of juicing. My starting weight was 198.7. I'm currently 186.3. my goal weight is 135lbs. I have no desire for processed food ( including fast food). My mom is a bit chubbier than you were (not to sound rude AT ALL), but she works outside and comes back very tired from work. I have noticed my mom become very happy even when she looks thinner in the slightest, and seeing my mom happy brings me such joy. I want to show this to my mom, because work is her excuse to not to exercise. I used myself as an example. Both of my legs combined were one leg before I started working out and I only did it in one month. Yes, it hurt, but it was totally worth it. This is very inspirational, thank you!

My weight right now is 140 to 145, and yesterday was my first workout my goal is 110 to 115. This is so helpful. I am also working out at home every single day to lose weight. I started with 69kg, I am currently at 147lbs (66.8kg) I am 162.5cm (5'4) and my goal weight is 110 to 121lbs (50-55kg). I am done with my 2nd week. I am happy with the results. I will keep going. :)

BTS ARMY Hey, I know it’s been a while since you posted this, but I still thought you might want a bit of advice. You can’t lose weight through exercise alone, or at least only very, very, very slowly or you would have to be like an athlete training all day. I am currently on a weight loss journey myself and I didn’t want to go on a “diet” either. However, I still changed the way I eat. I have no food that is forbidden, but I do have a lot of food that I only consume from time to time and/or in small quantities. I would really recommend you to try out some calorie counting apps, just so you grow aware of what you put in your body and to make small adjustments. I hope that helps :)

i'm telling you, don't diet. it wouldn't help, or yes but when you turn to normal food you'll maybe gain it again. instead get a lifestyle, make some food that is healthy and delicious. make a cheat day every month with junk food, and every friday you can choose small sweets and desserts. work out normally and make it your lifestyle. get your sister motivated, so she can start too.

Omg this was so inspiring to watch I struggle losing this last 10 pounds that's super tough for me my goal weight is 135 as well and it's been kicking my ass... I get so discouraged but this made me so motivated so happy for you you're such an inspiration
