Tony, I commented on the last video, too. I have the same problem with my smarttrax box. The right arrow button has failed inside the membrane. I'm currently looking for a place to repair it as Raven didn't seem too interested in doing it.

@novocaine1986 I had the exact same issue with my Smarttrax long box as well. I sent it out to Farmtronics and they sent it out to Raven to get serviced. Raven replaced the keypad, reprogrammed and tested it. Took 3 weeks to get fixed.

Do you watch Arms Family Homestead? They live in Sulphur Oklahoma. They live outside the town and their land was not hit by a tornado. Arms Family has 8ish mini donkeys and had just had 2 baby donkeys in the last 2 weeks. When the tornadoes came through it brought a LOT of rain and the creek near the Arms Family farm overflowed a LOT and unfortunately one of the baby donkeys appears to have been swept away in the flood. She could not be found. Nearly all of their fencing was laid down from the debris from the creek.

If you add all that weight to the front end do you have to change the air pressure in the tires for compaction .

Aside from weight down the front of the tractor what do the weights do for the purpose of seeding or pulling other items?

Helps with traction.

Weights in general are about applying tractor directly to the ground. Front weights help offset the heavy tow loads.

We run MID ROW shanks MRS for 4 yrs now, after yrs of messing with that disc banders I wouldn’t touch a disc bander EVER again with 1000 ft pole hate those money maintenance pits.

@@FastAgMontana 100 times better then the disc banders we use nh3 I remember those stupid scrapers flipping and ploughing wads, I haven’t run into any change in our trash management definitely 100 less messing around at seeding and before with the constant adjustments and maintenance. Was talking to my bourgault rep today laughing saying I have honestly done nothing to those shanks in 4 yrs. Hahah

@@FastAgMontana I would say they pull about the same be very close they make a 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch we have the 3/4 tougher then nails couldn’t be happier with them completely underrated I laugh every spring walking into our dealer with lines of suckers buying mid row bander parts. Mid row shank just look down the drill yup they are still there maintenance done!✅

I’ve tried Brunt boots. They’re cheap China made boots. Did not last worth a crap.
