The smaller drill works better than the big seeder in the hills and doing smaller fields and areas that aren't straight.

Tony those tens units are awesome. I've had back issues for over 30 years and tens is one of the few things that help other than getting epideral injection. You can get them at a lot of drugstores instead of paying for therapy at hospital.

At the moment I am 3 days post hip replalcement surgery - you (even Tony's back) are good thereapy! I know I also connect with ya'll because we are those who love the Lord and love serving Him where He puts us! That comes out through all of the various things you do and it is SUCH A BLESSING! I have a bad back, so I bought a Tens unit ($33). If you buy one, buy extra pads. TENS 7000 Digital TENS Unit with Accessories - TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator for Back Pain Relief, Shoulder Pain Relief, Neck Pain, Sciatica Pain Relief, Nerve Pain Relief
@MC-re2ry5 күн бұрын
As my doctor explained to me one Fall, "Your nerve gets pinched and that tells the muscles to tighten which pinches the nerve which tells the muscles to tighten and around and around and so forth and so on. Ouch. The trick is to break that cycle - somehow. Good luck Tony.

Hey Tony if you have a acupuncture person in your area its a total game changer. I know of a good friend who has serious back issues. He went to every specialist in the area , finally someone recommended a acupuncture place and he is 90percent better. Im just passing this along. That ball cap is way nasty, bet it smells bad too. Here’s how to fix it. Take it into the shower with you and scrub it real good. Rinse it well and hang it on the shower head to drip dry overnight. In the morning your cap will be just like new again, you’re welcome. Those hands are nasty too. If you don’t have access to water in the field keep some waterless hand cleaner in the tractors and some paper towels. Afterall, you don’t want to be picking your nose with nasty finger do ya?

Tony look on the bright side if Scott is correct on his Red-E podcast interview he could have dropped a hitch on your arm instead to test you. Just take it easy and do the exercises you can find online from various doctors and physios as laughable as they can seem they do work. Just take care of yourself as you only get one back and needing wheels instead of legs according to a family friend is not as fun as it looks
