Weir's Way: Sydney Scroggie

Tom Weir was a writer, broadcaster and an environmentalist. Tom wrote and presented this classic Scottish TV series Weir's Way which ran from 1976 to 1987

The word “impossible” was simply not in Mr Scroggies vocabulary, incredible human being. As for Tom, I had the privilege of meeting him when I worked at Rowardennan youth hostel and he was a real Gentleman and an inspiration, very humble as well.
