tbh i'd just scream "attention seeker!" to her if i were on that plane just so she could call me fake... then i'd say... "bUt nOt As fAkE aS yoUr bOdY" while silently laughing to myself before getting sued and having my entire life destroyed. After that I would move to a secret location to sharpen my defenestrations-skills to later get my revenge on her the next time I meet her at a plane. She would yet again say; "You can sit on this plane and you can fucking die with him or not, I'm not going to". Then I'd take off my cap and reveal my face out of my old black hoodie to say "Remember me?" moments before I honor her foolish, moronic, half-witted, simpleminded, ludicrous wish and defenestrates her the fak outta that plane rigjt into the deep bottomless abyss. (edit: what am i even writing ;-;)

@@dragonsrule20201 yea but you don’t know fs if this woman has a defect in her brain that makes her think like this or if the others being “entitled” have a defect in their brain either, you’re rly just assuming. And I don’t think she thought she was in danger, according to reports she was just upset at someone (apparently a relative) cuz she thought they stole her AirPods. Regardless of whether she’s entitled or having a psychotic episode, that shouldn’t excuse assault and disturbance of others. @hodge12009 I'm diagnosed bipolar going on 3 years since my last psychotic episode, and I 100% can say from my perspective that it was single handedly the most terrifying and embarassing time in my life. Just from what my family told me that they were around to see before I was hospitalized is genuinely so embarassing to listen to, and I couldn't even imagine having people whip out their phones if my episode happened in public. In my eyes everyone that whipped out their phone to record on that plane are pieces of shit, and the person that uploaded the video to TikTok that went viral is a huge piece of shit in my opinion.

Scopalamine is a fairly commonly prescribed medication for motion sickness on airplanes, but it also causes delirious hallucinations. It is possible that she could've been prescibed that and took too much. Honestly, when I was an RA there was a guy who when he 'drank' (or did whatever else). He would go full hallucination wow zone and when sober would be like 'nah that's BS I'm totally chill blah blah blah' So one friday night I just recorded while I was providing him first aid 'after the tree attacked him' and then showed him the video the next morning before deleting it after he came by asking why his face was all bandaged up. Afterwards he was like ah, I think I'm gonna stay sober for awhile. Never had another issue with him again, but he legit refused to believe 'alcohol' hit him that way. The tree thing was like genuinely madness also involved him setting a fire allegedly off grounds so I can't attest to that other than his admission about burning the mf'er off him. If the buddy who dragged him back in to see me was to believed there was never a fire and he did not put it out and if the cops were looking he has no idea what happened.

As someone related to another person that has psychotic episodes, as goofy and outlandish as these may be, it’s important to remember that what she was experiencing was very real to her in that moment. Imagine you were in a situation where you realized someone wasn’t a real person. It’s scary. This probably isn’t the first time she’s freaked out like this and people didn’t believe her either. And I’m willing to bet that people reacting that way didn’t make her realize she was just imagining things. Mental health problems are still very stigmatized and we need to exercise compassion when these stories pop up. Unfortunately, facts and logic won’t always help much in these situations. Psychosis really is no joke.

@kindauncool
@kindauncool Жыл бұрын
+@@khaoscero read my above comment ^ all she is is scared. She's scared and truly believes that she's doing what's best for everyone. To link it back to my analogy, in her mind, she's saying "The waterfall is just five minutes away. If these people do not turn this boat around, we will all die. They aren't going to listen to me, but I'll try to explain it to them as quickly as possible, then I'm leaving. I hope they listen to me." THAT is the level of fear and the level of concreteness and the level of realness that she likely was experiencing. It doesn't matter that you, another person, don't think fake people are a thing; she does. She knows they're real, and because of that, it's extremely real to her, just as a waterfall would be to you.

They start seeing things, panic, and loose all sense of reason. It like going from normal to having dementia in a matter of minutes. This woman is in fight or flight mode at the moment.
