sofuggit this was at the venue formerly known as the ntelos pavilion. i think its just called Portsmouth Pavilion now. appropriate he would sing this song since Pharell is from neighboring city Virginia Beach. he has not forgotten his roots. Pharell helped to build great rec ctr in VB.
