Hello jacqueline 💐早晨💕紅菜頭同馬蹄都屬於微寒性嘅，薏米我用嘅係熟薏米，相對生薏米嘅寒性降低咗好多，同埋我用咗紅棗嚟一齊煲湯，利用紅棗嘅溫性中和咗個湯嘅寒涼性，所以呢個湯老人家都可以放心飲咖😊 多謝你嘅留言同埋支持🥰 祝你有開心愉快嘅一日💖
