I mean he kinda did. He either saved it or saved her from having a difficult problem later in life. The car accident caused the doctors to do a CT scan that she wouldn't have had done if she wasn't in that accident. The CT scan that was originally used to scan for organ damage, found a tumor (which is not a form of organ damage and was not a result of the car accident. Its a cancer thing). What he did was messed up but it did help in the end

Like can we go back to stories like the cracker barrel??? Like god damn this made me so sad that people are like this, like "Oh yeah I broke up with this girl so I got her in a car crash and laughed when I saw her wheels fall off" like excuse me????? What??????? HUH?????? You gave her actual trauma???? Like some people I know who got into car crashes had to get treated for ptsd after, so I really hope that was a made up story

Honestly, this should be a game show with Noel as the host where people are willing to confess shit like this and are okay with it coming to light. The contestant has to match the confession with the right person.
