It's not easy buying sim card for tourist / foreigner coming to Indonesia in the small shop, first you must registered your IMEI number cellular to the official office of Telkomsel or others provider. I think there are a few major factor of lack of cleanliness.. First is people's attitude they have lack of cleanliness and lack of civil sense.. Second centralised of municipality I think govt should decentralise the municipality.. And overconsumption and lack of recycle the garbage..
