Vampire lore is actually really fun. Supposedly old vampire legends have it so they have more than their staple Bat transformation, also being able to turn into a wolf or mist, which is why those are Alucard's 3 transformations in Castlevania Symphony of the Night.

I used to go crazy for Harum Scarum growing up. I remember a Scooby Doo game where Scooby walks through a castle and you use parts of the environment to stop the ghost of a king from scaring him.

I'm sure I played through it a couple times and always appreciated how the setting progressed with each game building on past events in little ways. We mostly played it after school on the classroom computers. Back before any gaming site would get filtered on school networks.

they weren't horror games, but of all the CN games the ones i still remember are: the one about My Gym Partner is a Monkey, with Jake and Adam collecting lunch boxes. That game felt massive to me as a kid for some reason. And the one where you have a food fight agains the CN characters, cause i remember Samurai Jack blocking most of your shots seemingly at random

13:35 There was this one classic ben game, can't remember the name of it but it letcha collect sumo slammer cards and had a grey matter level where you got super zoomed in as opposed to being tiny in normal zoom when you grey mattered any other place. EDIT: BATTLE READY Also loved the Ed Edd N Eddy games they had, like the one with the pipeworks and the ones with the go kart derby smashing, Cul-De-Sac Smash and the sequel. Oh, and also Lunchroom Rumble!

A lot of Vampire mythology in Europe stems from beliefs that flowing water is a symbol of purification so crossing it goes against their nature or makes them vulnerable. There is also beliefs that water is associated with spirituality while earth is associated with physicality so things born of the earth, like creatures rising from their graves or the dead, are fundamentally opposed to the spiritual nature of water. There's also beliefs explicitly like still water, like that its reflective properties make it a mirror which vampires avoid, that water is a vessel for spirits so obviously if a body or portion of water is blessed or consecrated then it can destroy them and on the other side of that, cursed water can devour their earthly nature and replace them with a more powerful evil spirit. There's also beliefs that water can entrap the undead so nothing undead will touch bodies of water.

I remember a Teen Titans puzzle platformer with inconsistent mechanics, except it wasn't really a Teen Titans game. If I remember right it was a kongregate game called "amnesia" with different art but the exact same level design. Proof was in the pudding, since amnesia had a hallway that plugged the kongregate website and the Teen Titans version kept the hall (just removing its purpose). The worst part was that the new art replaced spikes with rectangular electrocution devices when the collision was based on the art. That made at least one of the jumps MUCH harder than it should have been. In hindsight it was probably licensed but kid me was convinced it was a big company plagiarizing.

I don't remember what it's called, but there is a FREE archive of these games available for download. I used it to play Fusion Fall, total drama best game ever, etc. And it's more than just cartoon network games.

The games I remember the most were this KND sidescroller where you had to traverse the treehouse and fight a boss at the end and this other crossover game of which I have quite vague memories of. I remember it being sort of a racing game... I think. All I remember is the Scooby Doo voice clip that will forever live rent free in my mind when you selected him. Also not exactly a game, but I remember there was this website that appeared on an episode of Billy & Mandy about cult who worshipped a snake deity called Shnissugah, and the website the characters from the cult went into in the show was actually recreated in real life, which I thought was super cool.

Okay so im drawing a blank on what it was called, but there was this Codename Kids Next Door like ARG game that was put out episodically in 5 parts to co-inside with 5 new episodes of the TV series. i cant remember everything about it but the first or second level revolved around the Werepoodle story and when you played it the first time you could only run and dodge from the poodle, but when the actually tv episode came out and you went back to the game you could find a weapon that wasnt in the game before that launched bad homework at them to deal with them. each new part of the game had something like this where you could beat it and it had something to do with the upcoming tv episode. it was great!

I remember playing this crash derby game I think was based off an ed edd and eddy episode and there was another flash game for Foster Home for Imaginary friends where you just hold one keyboard button to stop a character from rolling down a hill in their makeshift soap box car. He would just scream the whole time he was falling and said "Wheeee" everytime you held down the button

Two games i remember the most was a Mucha Lucha game in which you could make your own Mucha Lucha OC basically i think you can pick different masks, outfits and colors(if i remember correctly) also i don't know if this was a real thing or if this is a case of me thinking it was real but it wasnt (i forgot the name of that thing in which people think something was real and remember it as so but it actually wasnt) but i remember that there was a contest in which someone's custom Lucador if chosen would be put into the show itself. And the other game i remember was Kids Next Door Operation BEST a KND MMO in which you make your own Operative and you go through different levels that was based on certain episodes that went along with the game and if you had the one of the high scores for the levels your score and operative would appear in a certain part of the special KND event that went along with the show

The kids next door mmo was arguably my favorite game, I remember getting onto the final leaderboard, but our internet was out for weeks (back then it didn’t matter lol) so I didn’t end up winning. I still think “what if” lol. The mucha lucha one is definitely real, I’ve talked to the creator about it and he still has a working version of it I believe

Frankenstein's Monster could be called Frankenstein, as his book counterpart was never given a proper name, but is generally referred to as Adam, the first Man. He would technically be a Frankenstein since Victor was technically his father, but referring to Frankenstein and meaning Adam would probably be a bit offensive to Adam because lets be real, I wouldn't wanna be associated with a stupid, neglectful father who abandoned his newborn in the wilderness either.

Cartoon Network had a great run over the years but lets face the facts the channel will never be the same again. The brainless dirtbags in charge of CN these days have made one horrible choice after another and the last straw for me is that they deleted the Cartoon Network website all the games on there were my childhood.

It seems what made Cartoon Network so special back in the day was that they trusted and gave power to creators/directors and let them cook, which a lot of people say is not the case nearly as much nowadays

@@Colby2D I just hope that one day Cartoon Network will find a way to return to its former glory and the existence of MeTv Toons may just be the thing we need to teach that idiot David Zaslav about what a real cartoon channel should be like.
